Using the site

Use New Game HQ for personal, lawful reference.

You may read guides, follow routes, use browser tools, link to public pages, and quote short portions with clear attribution where permitted by law. You may not use the site to break the law, disrupt service, probe security, distribute malware, impersonate New Game HQ, or misrepresent site content as your own service.

Automated activity that overloads the site, bypasses access controls, or republishes a substantial part of the site is not permitted.

Guide limitations

A current guide is practical help, not a promise that the game will stay unchanged.

New Game HQ aims to provide useful, current player answers, but games can change through patches, server configuration, rotating events, storefront updates, regional availability, and platform-specific behavior. A guide may become incomplete or inaccurate after it is published.

Use official support, storefront, account, safety, purchase, and patch information when it conflicts with a guide. You remain responsible for choices involving purchases, accounts, saved games, modifications, online interactions, or irreversible in-game resources.

Browser tools

Databases, comparisons, and calculators are provided as aids.

Interactive tools may filter data, compare options, calculate estimates, or copy text. A small number of code boards and multi-step calculators may keep state in browser localStorage. Results depend on the information and inputs available at the time.

New Game HQ does not guarantee permanent compatibility or a particular game outcome from a tool result.

Content and trademarks

New Game HQ owns its original site material; game rights remain with their owners.

New Game HQ page text, original data organization, tool interfaces, code, and site branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game names, logos, characters, screenshots, artwork, platform marks, and other game-related materials belong to their respective owners.

Where content or assets are used with permission or as part of a collaboration, the relevant page may identify that relationship. Copyright or trademark concerns can be sent through the contact page.

External services

Official links and third-party sites have separate rules.

New Game HQ may link to game sites, storefronts, developer posts, platform support, documentation, community services, and other external pages. A link does not make New Game HQ responsible for that service’s availability, security, content, purchases, accounts, privacy practices, or terms.

Review the external service’s current information before creating an account, paying, downloading software, changing a save, or sharing personal information.

Advertising and commercial links

Advertising does not control editorial conclusions.

New Game HQ may display advertising, affiliate links, or sponsored placements. A material commercial relationship will be labeled where it applies. Advertising providers may collect or process information as described in the privacy policy.

Unless explicitly stated, New Game HQ does not sell the games, subscriptions, platform access, or products linked from its guides and cannot issue refunds or resolve external purchases.
